Overview
The UBC-MGB Emergency Medicine Leadership Fellowship at Mass General Brigham is a two‑year hybrid program designed to develop the next generation of emergency medicine leaders.
Fellows gain high‑impact skills in emergency care operations, quality and safety, fiscal management, health policy, and system‑level leadership. The curriculum blends structured training with customized learning pathways, allowing participants to explore specialized interests such as geriatric emergency medicine or Indigenous health leadership.
Due to significant interest and the impact of this program, we are pleased to offer two fellowship spots this year.
