More details about the 2020 conference are forthcoming. Thanks for your support of this important event, and please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or suggestions.

PRESENTATIONS
EM Research Day will feature a number of podium presentations of completed or planned EM research, plus a plenary presentation and feedback by visiting professor Dr. Jeff Perry, Professor in both the Department of Emergency Medicine and in the School of Epidemiology, Population Health, and Preventative Medicine at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Perry’s work on emergency neurologic conditions is highly respected and internationally known. This is an event you will not want to miss!

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS
The abstract submission deadline is 12 noon on Monday, February 10, 2020. Notification of selected presenters will be made within two weeks of this date. Presenters will be contacted with guidelines and information on the abstract submission process.

The majority of presentations will be of completed research projects, and priority will be given to such submissions. However, depending on submission volume, a limited number of podium slots will likely be available for the presentation of planned work or work-in-progress. Also, special 15-minute “Program” presentation slots will be available, in addition to our standard 10-minute rapid oral “Project” slots (5 minutes presentation, 5 minutes questions/discussion).

For any faculty or trainees interested in participating at the CAEP conference in Ottawa in June, here is a great first opportunity to showcase your work. Thanks for your support of this important event, and please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or suggestions.

Sincerely,
