Dr. Brian Grunau presenting at CHEOS’ Work in Progress Seminar Series!

The Centre for Health Evaluation & Outcome Sciences (CHEOS) is relaunching their Work in Progress (WiP) Seminar Series!

The first WiP of 2021 will be on February 10th from 12:00–1:00 PST and will be presented by UBC Emergency Medicine Clinical Assistant Professor, Dr. Brian Grunau. Dr. Grunau will be discussing his recent study which compared the survival rates of two different strategies used by paramedics when treating cardiac arrests: 1) performing resuscitation at the scene, or 2) transporting the patient to hospital with resuscitation en route.
