Teaching Tracking & Payment System (TTPS)

The Teaching Tracking and Payment System (TTPS) is a province-wide system, which the Faculty of Medicine uses to document the teaching contributions of clinical faculty who teach in the MD Undergraduate Program (MDUP) and Postgraduate Medical Program (PGME). The TTPS streamlines administrative processes for managing clinical faculty information and payments.

NEW – PGME is launching teaching tracking and payment for teaching without patient care sessions on April 1, 2024. Teaching with patient care services will be onboarded to the system and launched at a later date.

TTPS provides quarterly teaching statements for clinical faculty which include:

  • Detail teaching activities and payment amounts (when eligible);
  • Allow clinical faculty to review teaching activities and identify any inaccuracies; and
  • Provide a record of teaching contributions that can be used for reappointment, promotion and other recognition opportunities.

For more information, please visit the Faculty of Medicine information page on TTPS or the FAQs page.

If you have additional questions about the teaching, tracking and payment process please contact Meredith Edwards. If you would like to update your personal information, please contact Udani Perera.
