Congratulations to Drs. Neil Barclay, Amy Cheng, and Riyad Abu-Laban who were recently awarded a competitive Fraser Health Authority Seed Grant for a project titled “Effect of a Diagnostic Treatment Unit (DTU) on Emergency Department Length of Stay and Inpatient Admissions”. This study will comparatively evaluate the DTUs of both the Royal Columbian Hospital and Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
