We are pleased to announce and to congratulate Dr. Kevin Clark as the new RCPS Emergency Medicine Residency Program Director effective June 1, 2019.
This is a new position only in that it is now separate from the distributed Associate Director positions in Vancouver, Fraser, the Interior and Vancouver Island.
We are grateful to Brian Chung for his leadership in this role since the expansion 6 years ago and for his many years as Program Director pre-distribution. We also thank Caroline Tyson for taking on the interim position and leadership since last summer as the team planned the new leadership structure and tackled curriculum renewal.
A call for applications will be going out shortly to recruit a new Associate Director for the Interior to replace Kevin.
