The Council of Canadian Academics has just published their report on “The Health Effects of Conducted Energy Weapons”. This is the definitive work on this subject. It is expected that this report will provide the basis for policy around these weapons.
An accompanying letter to Dean Stuart specifically acknowledges the expert work by Christine Hall from Victoria on the expert panel.
