Dr. Kendall Ho is elected into the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences.
Please join us all in congratulating Kendall as he joins this elite group of Canadian Health Science Leaders. Fellows of the Academy are elected on the basis of their demonstrated leadership, creativity, distinctive competencies and commitment to advance academic health sciences.
Membership is considered one of the highest honours for members of the Canadian health sciences community and carries with it a covenant to serve the Academy and Canadian society (http://www.cahs-acss.ca/). The other two inductees are Elizabeth Saewye (UBC School of Nursing, middle) and Caroline Gotay (SPPH, right). Kendall’s appointment brings with it a great honour for our whole department.
