Congratulations to Dr. Jeff Brubacher on his recent promotion to Associate Professor with Grant Tenure! This is a significant achievement and is a testament to his world class research in impaired driving and patient safety. Jeff’s work has resulted in policy change related to legal limits of alcohol and he is also pursuing the relationship of marijuana use and prescription medications to motor vehicle crashes. Jeff has external salary funding from the Michael Smith Foundation and multiple operating grants including from CIHR. We are honoured to have Jeff in our Department and look forward to his continued success.
